There was too much dead air on the Rifftrax.  So many opportunities missed.  Please don't be lazy and let fans write them.  I think there should be a redo of Batman & Robin in which Mike and the crew write it that everyone who purchased this lame track should get for free.

This was an opportunity given to the fans. It was something we've been wanting to do for a long time, and it was very gracious of Mike, Bill, and Kevin to let us do it. RiffTrax is a commercial website and you should, in no way, feel entitled to like everything they do. The consensus going around at the moment is that most people thought it was hilarious, but there are still a few bugs in the formula that need to be worked out.

I say we give it another go. Now that we know what to look for and how to better accomplish our goals, I believe we can create something that ranks right up there with the Star Wars Holiday Special.

Please, stop Flaming. This was a revolutionary RiffTrax and, for a first try, it was pretty damn good.

I guarantee that if nobody knew it was fan-written, nobody would be able to tell that MKB didn't write the jokes.  The riffs were definitely in the "rifftrax voice" (as someone else phrased it), and I thought there were some real gems in the rifftrax.
