This is Rifftrax!!! dum-dada-dum-dada-dum-da-dum-da-dum (was 300 a good movie?)

So let's see... I'm supposed to root for a society that leaves "flawed" babies to die, gives young women to the hideous mountain freaks to drug and rape, and go on and on about how awful it is to be a slave while keeping slaves themselves.  I couldn't wait to watch this society collapse!

I can overlook a lot to enjoy a mindless flick – the "hero" doesn't always need to be likeable – but I don't think I was supposed to be cheering when the Spartan men got their collective asses kicked.

Some of the action scenes were cool, but the movie was ugly to look at and I hated every flippin' character in it!

All the abs were nice, though.

Finally got to watch this tonight. It was visually appealing, but the plot, what there was of it, bored me silly. And that narrator was sooo irritating! "We marched and we marched...." Yes, yes.

To be honest, would probably never have seen this without the riff to go with it. Ah well, I've still got Transformers to look forward to!
