Maybe they finally upgraded to round wheels. Or added the extra 2 wheels to bring them up to the standard 4 (someone used to have to walk behind the wagon to hold up the back end). :D

Ordered my copy this morning.  It'll probably show up while I'm out in Des Moines.  Which means my wife will be mocking me about being able to watch it first.

I ordered mine the other day and got a shipment notice within 24 hours

Something I noticed.  After the first viewing, thinking back I couldn't remember the theme song at all.  After the second viewing it's grafted to my very soul and I can't shake it off.  Very catchy, very Manciniesque in fact.

Got my copy today, I'll be watching after work. Woohoo!

My copy arrived today and I'm appalled at the condition of the disc.  It's all scratched and smudged.  If I didn't know better, I'd think I just received a NetFlix rental disc.  So I decided to go to the CT forum and ask about it... but there's no way to register.

I'm not at all impressed with CT so far.

There's an 800 number at the top of the eztakes / dvd wagon website, and probably other ways to contact them besides complaining to the unfinished forum of the content providers, who had nothing to do with that anyways (outside of choosing eztakes to begin with).

But your complaint is valid, mine read fine but I considered myself lucky for that fact - sending a DVD in nothing more than a paper sleeve is unacceptable.

CT is 100% responsible for the final product.  They chose their partner companies.

Since it's their first release and their first dealings with the company and also the first time they have had complaints, a better judge of their customer service is going to be what they do about it for future releases.

I still haven't ordered mine though so I should shut up. :)
mike5150 how tall are you?.....in gallons?

My DVD came with a lot of smudge patterns on the back too.    I could not really remove them so I have no idea if that was from the pressing, the mail or what.    BUT...... the DVD played fine without any problems at all.

Is it like a "milky cloud"? That would be the glue of the the clear polycarbonate that either dried to quickly or they used too much in the pressing. Most of the time the disc is readable. Every so often the glue cloud can affect playback.

Hard to describe really.    Overall, it has cloudy milk spots all over it like coulds.   Then it also has three lines running down the back of the DVD that forms right angles.     :-\

Mine has kind of a light white misty-looking thing around the center of the underside of the disc, pulled like a skidmark from where it was shifting around loose in that envelope they sent me.  Didn't affect playback, though.
