They are probably a smallish firm with a limited staff and limited DVD burning capabilities.   Imagine if you were them and in three days you received several thousand orders for one title.    They may very well have only a few DVD burners and limited number of folks to operate them.

Hopefully for the next release, they are ready for it.

I'm thinking this is not altogether EZtakes' fault.  They were probably expecting that people would have the option to download it.

We do apologize for the way it's all gone down so far ... it will be better in the future, likely with more options than just buying a DVD. Hopefully it'll be worth the wait! I think it is.

What I really want to do is offer downloadable/burnable dvds, as well as a stream. But all I can do is push for it; it's not my decision.

The way you put that tells us that someone has decided not to sell the movie overseas, would it be because the international rights are more expensive? Or you just don't like us?

Just got my email saying my disk was shipping via USPS.  I ordered on 12/26.

Oh, no, I didn't mean to insinuate that. I don't think there's been an overseas vs. nonoverseas debate. Dunno why that's not being offered.

According to RAD over at the MST3K discussion forum, they've already tenatively begun work on the next work (or at least the cast members have recieved thier DVD's to use for writing)
