I think he became much less obscure when he started wearing the "Everyone Sucks but Me" Shirt.

ig400

ig400:  ig88 was that bounty hunter droid you could barely see in Empire strikes back. my old screen name was dobbler400 DOB being my initails and it was sort of a play on NBC's chopper Doppler4000 so i put the 2 together and came up with ig400
Every day of my life I find the wisest and best to fix our attention on the Good and the Beautiful. If you just take the time to look at it.

The wrestler Raven regularly misquoted Poe just like this for his catchphrase.  It's in keeping with the discussion.

They call me dirty D(an) for a few reasons
its mainly cause back when i was a teenage skateboarder
i'd get dirty as mud pie from falling all over the place

Alot of people try to associate it with something sexual
THATS A FABRICATION its a down right lie
and i wont stand for it!!

But for the record theres a bit more to the story that
i dont think is appropriate for the forums..

ekitty

The story behind my screen name (ekitty) couldn't be more fascinating:

kitty = I like kitties
e = I guess it has some sort of computer connotation, like "e-mail"

I know, I know...give it a moment to sink in. Grab a paper sack if you start to hyperventilate.

I'm just going to let you guys figure out the inspiration for my ID all by yourselves.
Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

Tripe

Would you mind if I posted the vid?

mycatlovesME

My husband always teases me when I say that my cat loves me.  She does, but she doesn't love anyone else.

Well, with this being my first time posting here, I figured I'd let you guys in on what's up with my name. It's kind of a long story, but I'm sure some of you wouldn't mind a little backstory so things make a tad more sense. ;) In 1996 I came into some cash from a drunk driving accident that happened when I was only 10 months old. It wasn't alot ($25,000), but it made me the richest 18-year-old in town! 8) I ran to Circuit City exclaiming, "I want the BIGGEST and the BEST t.v. you have!" The salesperson actually talked me into getting the BIGGEST of the BEST at the time, a 27" Sony Trinitron. Even though I now I have a 52" HDTV in The Den, I still watch my "small" Trinitron in the living room. :) Anyway ::), back to the story, I then went to the tightest clothing store in town and exclaimed, "Give me 2 of every shirt and pair of jeans you guys have!" They musta made commission because the salesperson was excited than a mug to assist me. Especially since everytime he suggested sumpthin', I'd say, "Make it 2." 8) Then, I managed to grab a limited edition rag top convertible truck: .

Now. I just needed a pet to make me the coolest mixed dude in the world... an English Bulldog! However, the woman wouldn't sell me the puppy I wanted because she wanted it for dog shows. My mother owned a pet store at the time (Wal-Mart drove 'em outta business in 5 years) and had just gotten her exotic license to sell anything from tigers to wallabies and she suggested that I get a monkey. I didn't really want a monkey, but my mother "babysat" a few one night and I fell in love! The very next day she took me to a breeder, right here in Missouri, and I bought KinKaid at 3 days old. He was a Bonnet  Macaque, I had him for 6 years and we went EVERYWHERE together. He loved riding in the truck with the top down. At red lights, he would get up on the roll bar and chill until the light turned green. Everyone in town knew who I was, but they didn't know my name. This got me the nickname Monkey-Boy. My monkey was killed by animal control in 2002, they didn't believe he was born here and said they HAD to do this to make sure he wasn't spreading diseases. (I really hate "Outbreak" for putting that label on EVERY monkey.) I really miss that little guy.
"How would I go about creating a half-man, half-monkey-type creature?"
"I'm sorry, that would be playing God."
"God shmod! I want my monkey-man!"

Insert Coin(s) to Continue

I started using my nickname, Insert Coin(s) to Continue, about a year ago. I've been writing comedy music for quite some time under a really, really lame pseudonym and so I thought I'd start taking myself more seriously. I'm a nerd and being such I tend to write a lot of my lyrics about nerd issues, so I thought I'd pick a name that reflects this geeky passion. Since then, I've used this name to pen video game essays (not in the school sense of the word, but in the "hey, that was a nice read with something intelligent and interesting to say" sense), and post at numerous online forums.

For those of you who have been living under rocks for years, insert coin(s) to continue is a popular phrase used in arcade video gaming usually after the player loses the game. Once more of your precious money has been inserted into the game system, gameplay resumes as normal.

Hmmm... gotta say those last two have to be about the most detailed explanations that I've seen in this thread,  Welcome!

Hebs

I know this isn't really fitting for the thread, but I thought it would be interesting to throw out that my middle name is Lane, a variation of Eleanor, - I was named for this lady:

Eleanor Powell.

There are more glamourous pictures of her, but I like this one the best.

So, had you been a boy would you middle name have been Savion? ;)
