I'd have to say the scene after the inspector guy arrives, where Terl is laughing in a really gay manner (I think Bill Corbett commented, "Not too gay, there.")

Also the part where Terl yells, "DO YOU WANT LUNCH?!" and then crams the rat in Barry Pepper's face.

I opted for a longer than usual stinger.

Starts at 27:24:26 with the "While you were still learning how to SPELL YOUR NAME... I was being trained... TO CONQUER GALAXIES!"

I kept it going all the way through the "Put it on my tab." exchange up until the Center Wipe transition at 27:59:25.  (2nd cheesiest transition in film behind Star Wipe.)

I remember someone mentioning for the Independence Day stinger, that they should just replay the movie. And as true as that is, if any movie deserves to have the entire film as the stinger, it's Battlefield Earth.

But if not that, then I'd have to go with Travolta's line at the end where he says "this is your security chief" in the most womanly voice ever heard by man.

The last one is a little rough.  I couldn't find a really good stop point, and the audio seems a little out of whack to me.  Since it's only 15 seconds long and there's no speech, I guess it's acceptable.
