I prefer Mike to Joel, and Sci-Fi to Comedy Central

Well, your opinion is obviously wrong  ;)

Please, don't even joke about such things....

Well it is nice to see that you guys feel the same way that i do. After reading some of the post's on Bill's little joke it surprised me how many people got on him for that. I thought it was freaking hilarious and its not something to take too seriously.

I like Joel and Mike about the same. Originally before rifftrax i really loved Joel a lot more with his style, but i dont mind either one now because both style is funny and they both work.  I'm totally going to support both Rifftrax and CT, im of course more loyal to Rifftrax because i have used their system. It's simple and it works.  I ordered my copy from CT and ill wait and see what it looks like once i get it. Like you guys i think that the trailer looks promising, but they totally could have done their release a bit better, but im going to give them the benefit of the doubt this time.  Let's hope we aren't disappointed.

How can you say that! It's just going to cause conflict and another Joel Vs. Mike (or is it Mike vs. Joel? I'm so confused) flame war! Why can't you just leave it alone. WHY WHY WHY!!

:speechless:

Oh c'mon I was joking lol... trying to get everyone to have a little laugh again.  ;D

We haven't forgotten how to laugh have we people?

It's the vocal minority that's making trouble. There will always be trolls, but as Joel once said "the right people will get it".

That said, yeah I guess I'm always the one to make an inapropriate joke. My wife gets on me for that a lot, lol...

You should really see a doctor about that. It sounds painful. :D

Anyone who boycotts Rifftrax in favor of CT made their decision about Rifftrax a long, long time ago. I don't think "The War" is gonna hurt either side too much.

As a fan of wrestling myself, yeah some people do take it too seriously, but there's smart fans out there too.  (And I'm not talking about "Smart" in wrestling lingo which is supposed to mean "smart to the ways of the business" but usually means "annoying blogger")  I really was hoping for a "fun" rivalry to start up like Mike has hinted about, but if more people take it to this extreme it may be more trouble than it's worth.  Luckily there does seem to be voices of reason scattered in between the shouting.

How fun would it be to have Mike show up on a CT dvd in the future and mess with a reel of the movie or something and have the other guys chase him off the set.  I don't think anyone would have anything to say after that if they could work it out to get something like that done.

Yeah, that's the kind of thing I'm talking about, I'd love to see them play off each other like that.  Then suddenly in the middle of a Rifftrax Bill's mic goes out for awhile and it gets blamed on Trace hacking in or something.  Keep it small so it doesn't distract too much from the movie in question, but something that can build up little by little.   :)

Assuming that Cinematic titanic go on throughout the year in the same manner as they have been so far, by the end of the year I will own 6 CT dvd's and have 25 more rifftrax DVD's.

Who wins?

What I'd like to see from this:

A Mega-Rifftrax (Or perhaps a Mega Cinematic Titanic)

Joel, Josh, Trace, Frank, Mary Jo, Kevin, Bill, and Mike all take on one big ol' honkin' project.
