Previous purchasers of the DivX short now have the .tix file from DivX in their "On Demand" section, and now also have access to the file Santa-Riff-Commentary.zip in their My Files section. Also, any future purchasers will have both options sent to them.

This means we are NOT releasing it as a RiffTrax proper - this is just a value added bonus for the users who want it.

Keep in mind it's JUST the audio commentary, no sync lines or anything. You just start them both at the same exact time, a la SWHS.

This is mainly for people who want to author their own short.  But if we find it on a torrent site, we will hunt you down, and hurt you. (Via message board)

I appreciate the mp3 track. I totally understand the reasons for DRM as there are douche bags like Col. Passionfruit who post up every RiffTrax as they come out. With the RiffTrax player and the million of re-authoring guides out there everyone can enjoy the tracks with very little effort.

Since my reauthored mpg was less than 500mb, I would think that torrent sites may not be the only sites you would want to check.. Hell, the file is small enough for usenet.
