HarryPotter riff problem

Having a problem when trying to load the Harry Potter Riff file, from looking around saw others with same problem, but no solution yet.
When trying to load the riff file, nothing happens, player stops doing anything else and menus grey out. Have to close the program in order to do anything again. I can load a different riff with the Harry Potter dvd in the drive, and it plays that way. Just won't play with its own riff.

I found that it works when you install version 1.0.9.9 and don't do the upgrade to 1.1.0.3

I may have to try that since, in two separate places, I've listed my problem with the RiffTrax Player and HPSS to no avail.... *sigh*  I just wanna watch my movie without having to synch it myself!!!

Yes, if you update then the harry potter riff doesn't work. don't know about any of the other ones though.

I reinstalled the player and didn't upgrade....IT WORKS!!!    Woo-hoo!!

This worked for me too - good thing I kept the installation file!

We believe the problem has been fixed with the Harry Potter riff file. Please delete the one you've already downloaded, and grab the new one from your My Files area.

(This means you should update your player again.)

If you all still see issues, please post them.
