I'm not going to explain them all, but I will very briefly explain the one you specifically mentioned. It's a reference to Crossroads, my friend. If you haven't seen Crossroads yet, go find yourself a copy, then proceed to Share and Enjoy.

Well Blue Beer is a plot element in Crossroads, Nilbog is the town from Troll 2., FBI pays me to surf is from Point Break, Ryder Trucks is Eragon, Climbed El Capitan is Star Trek V, Monster Trucks are from Road House, those are the ones I recall offhand.

I can also see how people would get 'Blue Beer Drinker' confused with actually drinking Labatts Blue...well at least the Canadians would
