Not able to load .riff file

So I pop in my Transformers DVD, I save the .riff file to my computer, and I go to load it onto the player, but it isn't showing up.

I go to My Computer to search for where I saved it, and it isn't there. I downloaded it twice, but it still isn't working.

Are you sure you are downloading it to the proper folder?  Just a suggestion.  I have a specific folders for "rifftrax."  So, I know where to look for it.  Plus, are you sure you are downloading the riff file?  The rifftrax player can't see my zip files.  So, when I go to load the rifftrax player, it will only recognize the riff files.  I found that out the first time I tried the player, because I didn't know it wouldn't play the zip files.  I tried to load player, but when I opened by rifftrax file folder from the player, it showed the folder was empty.  That's when I took the trouble to read the faq and found out it wouldn't load zip files.
