LOTR riff file

Okay, I have a question.  The faq says that when a rifftrax becomes available for the rifftrax player, if you have already purchased that rifftrax, it will automatically show up in your order history.  In short.  I downloaded the zip file for LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring (pt 1 and 2) some months ago.  I see the riff file is now available.  The faq says that available file should show up in my order history and I don't have to repurchase.  But the riff file is not showing up in my order history.

I see where this is headed. So I have a question.

Did you use the same email address you use now? Most likely not, otherwise the orders would have sync'd up. There's also the possibility that it's part of the oldest (first) ordering system called eJunkie which I'm still working on. Lots of orders to sync up and it's taking longer than I anticipated, plus it's not the highest priority atm. But I'll get to it soon, promise.

Also, you can email me at support with your user id or email address for the current system, and I'll add the files to your account.

I have the same problem. All of the other .riff files for titles I have purchased (that have been announced as available) are up, with the exception of LOTR. The only files available are the standard mp3 zip files.

Okay, I emailed support with the pertinent info.  Still don't have the riff files.   When can I expect the riff files?

You load one at a time, when you load part 2 just chapter skip up to where the RiffTrax starts.

I thought there was supposed to be a single file available for LOTR?  What ever happened with that?
