I live in Tacoma, and the Pacific time on here shows up as 2:28 pm, even though it's 1:28 pm due to daylight savings time. So is it in 1 minute or 1 hour 1 minute?

PST = pacific STANDARD time. This is opposed to PDT, or Pacific Daylight Time. It should be in an hour.
