Rifftrax TV announcement!

This is the first television announcement I have seen for rifftrax, and it is great. Gather the masses!!
On the G4 gaming network during their newscast, much like the style ofMTV's newscast, they announced that fellow MST3K alumni Mike Nelson and Kevin Murphy were providing a commentary on the Phantom Menace. They said to go to rifftrax.com and download for 3 bucks, which is minimal compared to the money you had to shell out to George Lucas.

Ahh. Gotta love the media. G4s been doing right by me lately. First picking up rights for Arrested Development reruns and now bringing rifftrax to all the video game geeks out there. Woohoo.

One of the feed segments during the 4:00 pacific Attack Of The Show, and I'm not sure, but I think it was the Borat edition they have been talking about all week, so there was probably extra viewers and tivo-istas. Kids Today with their Youtubes and their Borats and their Ipods, who can keep up?

Its really depressing hearing about this.  Now that I live in the middle of ass-crack, nowhere Georiga the only time anyone says G4 is on bingo night at the local cafeteria.  Ah, the memories of civilization... G4, VH1, and Discovery Health.  Yep thats right, cable with no VH1...sorry I'm kind of going off there. :-  But hey, its great that rifftrax.com is gettin' more publicity.

It's actually smart of them, it's name-association.  They say "Rifftrax", people go "wha? who?"  You say MST3K, you're more likely to get their attention.

Sure, but they say MST3K TWICE in those two lines. I just think it would have been good to get the name "Rifftrax" out there by putting it in the subheading.

It would've been nice if they'd bothered to put up a direct link to RiffTrax.com on the G4 website. I hate when you click a headline and it just sends you to a link to another website's article.
