The delay is fine by me.  My dvd burner is in the repair shop so I couldn't do anything with the new track even if I had it.  (well, reauthoring anyway)

No, it got caught up in delays on the senate floor. Apparently, some new Gungan senator decided to submit a motion to block it's release...

I love that the acronym for this one is ROTS.  ;D Downright Hitchcockian (reminiscent of Cary Grant's character in North by Northwest being Roger O. Thornhill and having a matchbox with his initials on it!).
