I've been playing this Free-To-Play game for just 1 day and I can tell you. It's gripping and addicting. There are a ton of features that this game brings, here are some. Unlike other racing sims, you actually start off with a slow car, and keep that for quite a long time. But so does everybody else, making it truly about skill and cornering. A high ranking playing can still make a few mistakes and end up at the back of the line with no prospect of getting in the top 3 again.
Most of the races are in a urban setting, located in Tokyo. It also features a "Mud" racing mode, being more of a rally type race. And last but not leased, the circuit race. What sets this game apart from other titles (see Need for Speed or closer to this, Ridge Racer) is the fact that it's very realistic in the area's you want it to be. You can't shoot into a corner with a 110, that'll make you crash into the wall every time. Even the handbrake won't safe you from a concrete face hug. But you can brake to the appropriate speed and take the corner like it should be done, shooting out at the other end. However, you don't spin like a crazy person when you fully hit the gas, as you would in most "Realistic racing games".
It's created purely for entertainment, not to annoy the hell out of you on a slow Sunday morning. Play it with a steering wheel and pedals and I guarantee you'll have fun.

So go ahead, create a account with Aeria. Download the closed beta (I know, the closed beta is open to anyone who goos through the bother of registering. ) and burn some rubber.
