Phantom of Krankor

I looked at my order history, but for some reason it doesn't show my first seven Rifftrax purchases. It just starts from troll 2 and goes up from there. It doesn't show Lord of the Rings, Star Wars Ep.1, Matrix, Dr. Moreau, Firewall, and Battlefield earth. Why is this?
I am Ambassador Phantom, from the planet Krankor! I am rapidly approaching your planet... in the warship, which you have just seen. I will arrive tomorrow night at precisely eight o'clock. At that time I shall make my wishes known to you. You will obey them... or die! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!

Well the first thing it won't show are your purchases from the previous version of the website. The site used a different system for purchasing and creating downloadable links. That's one idea.

The other idea, I'm not sure - if you purchased tracks with the current version (Version 2) of this site, then your orders should be there. If you need a link reactivated, email support with the email address you used to purchase the track and what track you need - we can lookup your previous order history and resend a link (or provide you with a  certificate for one) that you need.

I am having the same problem.  If my order history doesn't show purchases made from the older version of the site, how can I obtain those .riff files? Do I need to actually re-buy them all?

When purchasing rifftrax there has always been a notice on the download popup that the link will expire in something like 3 days or 3 downloads (don't quote me here).  I save them to my harddrive and also back them up to another PC immediately after downloading.  Then I open the mp3 and skim through it in WMP to see if it appears "whole" before accepting the download as completed.

CORRECTION:

I just visited the new order page and tried to download an old trax and it worked.  I guess this is something new, to allow access to every title you've paid for.  I haven't placed an order since November so this is all new.  Still, saving the files eliminates the need to rely on this site for storage.

We just imported some new orders, but not order histories yet. Unfortunately there were so many orders and so many users it was tough to "assign" them all to the new user id's. But it's something I'm continually working toward.

However if you don't want to wait for the "eventual near-completion" which is as best as we can get, since a LOT of users have switched email addresses over the last couple years, just PM me or send an email to support at rifftrax with your old email address that you used previously for orders, and I'll migrate them to your new account. (Also include the email addy you currently use on our shopping site).
