Sharecrow Issue

Variety of Cells

I have tried playing Halloween using Sharecrow on three different computers to no avail.  Whenever I go to create a crow, only the first chapter will bolden (probably not a word).  The rest remain unbold (also not a word).  I have had this problem before, but it is usually fixed by restarting the program and creating the crow again.  This time I get the same results over and over.  This problem prevents me from adjusting when the Rifftrax starts and the speed it plays at, rendering it unwatchable on Sharecrow.

Any ideas why I'm having this problem, and maybe how to fix it?  I miss my Sharecrow.

I just send you an email about this, but let me try to answer it here as well.

Select the Title you want.  Click "Create a Crow" in the right-click menu.  That should turn all of the chapters bold white.

Does that work?

I think I know what the problem is -- the Halloween DVD itself.

I'm having the exact same problem with my Halloween DVD.  Everytime I click on a different chapter inside the movie, it automatically jumps back to the start of the movie.  Creating a crow doesn't work either.

But, I noticed that if I go to a different title later on the DVD, I can get the chapters to turn bold white.  So, there's something about the movie title on the disc that is goofing Sharecrow up.

I'll report the bug to our programmer.  When he gets back to me, I'll let you know!

Thanks a lot.  Just making sure it wasn't only me.

You could always use the rifftrax player that FBX came up with.  I used it and worked fine.

True.  I looked into some more permanent alternatives, but they didn't quite work.  DVD shrink couldn't squeeze the video down enough to fit on a burned disk for some reason.  So I think I'll stick with the Ipod method until the heroic men and women working at Sharecrow fix the bug.

DVD2one should be able to squeeze it down to 4.5gb. Dvdshrink should of done it, just with a lot of compression.
