JJ Abrams Project Poll

I know we already have another thread going for Cloverfield, or whatever JJ Abrams is calling his new thing. This is just a poll to see what people hope it will be.

Here's the trailer, to give you whatever hints they're willing to release:

I'm leaving this open to have new catagories added, and for individuals to change their votes, so if anyone has any catagory I should add, just post it here.

My vote is, of course, for Kaiju.

What a great trailer.  That's what I want in a teaser; enough info to get me to want to see it without giving away any plot points or spoilers.  I'll be there in January.

You might be right about the purple ooze, but if it's going to follow the giant monster theme that people keep talking about, the ooze will more likely take control of people's parents while a giant monster is summoned that can only be beaten by teenagers that happen to have giant interconnecting robots.

Well, I voted for "I don't care" because, well, I don't.  As long as the movie is good, the incaration of the monster means little to me.  Even purple ooze could be awesome if the filmmakers handle it right...

I voted for don't care because JJ Abrams, as I have previously vouchsafed in these forums, is a douche. The trailer looked interesting (so did the trailer for ID4 - hah!), and as others have pointed out, it's nice to see a trailer for once that DOESN'T tell you every damn thing about the movie... but it's still JJ Abrams, and therefore ultimately suspect, and more likely than not (say, 4 to 1) going to suck.

Go ahead JJ, prove me wrong.

Well, he is only producing.  But I liked M:I3, I thought he totally made an awesome action flick, so J.J. is OK in my book.

I voted for not caring.  So far it hasn't grabbed my interest.  Plus, it's coming out in January.  January movies are a great big steaming pile of dung.
