I think THR was referring to Kimberly Locke.  She was some finalist on American Idol with Clay Aiken.  My roommate is telling me that they actually lived together for a while after the show ended, but I don't know enough about them or American Idol to know if she's blowing smoke or not.

Apparently, The real Dustin was such a dick in court, he lost the case to get his name back from this site.  AND - the defendant was something like 22 and represented himself - no lawyer.  I have lots respect for that dude - and none for the Dust
