Who Picks the Movies?

I think they lock him in a room for three days, no lights, no food, just a old paint bucket in the corner.  After three days they toss in an In-N-Out 3X3 with a movie randomly picked up at the library.

I think they just put balls with names of movies on them and stick them in a tank full of manatees and which ever ball is hit first is the movie they do.

I think that it might have been a South Park episode that made Mike get rid of his TV set...
