But aren't there more "womany" shows than Grey's?  Something like "Ghost Whisperer" or "Medium" or "Brothers and Sisters" or, the most womany of them all, "Desperate Housewives."

I'm sure there are, but I don't think I'd watch a Rifftrax of Ghost Whisperer either...

Yeah, Ghost Whisperer might be where I'd draw the line on how far I'd go for a RiffTrax...

Gah. This show is too soap opera-ish for my considerably more primative and violent tastes.

But good riffs. Mike should get his wife in on other riffs, for sure. This one had me laughing for quite some time. I hope they do other TV shows, too. Just....not this one again.

I liked the George/Elevator comment and the "I deep-fired my hair" line.  :D

I re-watched this with three friends, and one of the biggest laughs came from this:

"What's wrong?"
"It's her shoes..."
"they're pinching my feet"

Hey, if I can make it through the vileness of Troll 2, you guys can make it through the soapiest of all soaps. Suck it up, wusses.  ;) Are we RiffFans or are we mice?

By the way, Bridget's definition of womaniness is a classic and the gold standard by which all womaniness should hereafter be judged.

Hey, I'm tough. I got through it. I owe my survival to getting through Glitter with at least some of my sanity intact.  :)

Ha! That was great!  Much better than the previous TV riff.  The snarky comments here seemed justified, but I think my favourite bit was the "previously on Rifftrax" segment at the start of episode 2.

PowerBum

Loved the "previously on Rifftrax" bit.

Yeah, I know, and good job! Just trying to help you toughen up even more in case there are more womany RiffTraxes in our future.  ;)

I loved the part where Mike mentions Metal Gear Solid and Bridget mentions Burnout: Dominator. They seem to keep up pretty well with the current state of gaming technology and great old games.

Bridget:  "Oh Nazi.  You're like an unlikeable version of Wanda Sykes."
Mike: "Oh, so like Wanda Sykes?"

Awesome because I dislike Wanda Sykes so much.

It's well-documented that the old MST3K crew absolutely adored video games.  Especially Mike, from what I've read.

I finally bought the DVD and the Rifftrax today. Loved this one as well. Not the best. But still even the worst rifftrax is at least a 7/10. This one was good, but not great. I think it was the source material mostly. The show is bland and womany. It isn't great like 300 and made even better by rifftrax, nor is it god awful like Crossroads, again made excellent by Rifftrax. It is bland and made watchable by Riftrax.

I loved the Wanda Sykes joke as well as the Previously on Rifftrax bit. I hope they do a double shot of House sometime.
