Downloads not completing

[ManUnderMask]

I've been trying to download the Charade download-to-burn but each time it stops downloading and says it's complete, but the most I've been able to download is 1.6 out of 4 gigs. The same thing happened with Martial Law 2. I'm pretty sure it's not my Internet, because when my Internet messes up it says the download failed, not completed.
