Let's check that scoreboard for what we learned

So what did we learn -
Nazi's love karate. Who knew?
I learned that Chico plays a far bigger part than I expected. Chico might be the strongest dwarf we've had in any of the Rifftrax movies. Well except for one scene.
Did anyone else get Laser Mission vibes from this movie? I think it was the desert scenes
This is the second first movie after we got the sequel that we got where it didn't matter because it wasn't connected to the first movie almost in anyway way. See Escape 2000.
What's the point of karate women who can't defend themselves? At least in Laser Mission she was pretty self sufficient. Of course that was more than a decade after this.
I learned that blue diamonds are a thing. I'm not sure what they are good for but it looks like it was important to Mr. Miyagi.
I learned that karate guys shouldn't drive Land Cruisers but a riff also noted this. Yeesh.
Fodder's just this guy, you know.

TriffRax

I learned that nobody seemed to be concerned about an obvious Literal Nazi running around in South Africa during the 1970s.

I learned you can take apart a car without any tools. Yep, the engine just lifts right out. To be fair, he did have an axe. So I guess I also learned that Volkswagens come with axes.

I learned Peter Dinklage is Pauly Shore compared to the greatness that is Chico. To me, Chico was the star of the show, the John Phillip Law to James Ryan's James Ryan. All hail Chico
I learned Nazi Commander's aren't too bright. If your star fighter wants to leave because you kicked out his woman, maybe you should keep her around and then he'll hang out with you some more.
I learned douchey rivals in your martial arts group won't be the muscle at the end. Instead they'll hire some muscly truck guy to challenge you instead.
I learned machine guns are no defense against martial artists, except when they are.
I didn't learn if Miyagi actually paid of the Nazi commander's fighters in diamonds to throw the fight as he claimed. If so, he's not exactly a good guy either. And he did seem to have a diamond feitsh.
I learned while Ian Van Dahl and Miyazaki might love castles in the sky, Nazis love castles in the desert.
I never learned if Nazi Commander's team had won, and he would have paid them in whatever he had, who would have taken the Nazimobile. Because hey, it's an authentic Nazimobile.
I learned there was a call back to Girl From Rio. I also learned Nazi commanders need more scantily clad women like the Girl From Rio had.
And finally, I learned Chico was the man.

I mean, the castle was clearly a hand assembled playset.  That's probably just how things are assembled in this movie's universe.
I'm not particularly religious, and I don't really like Muppets, but I do love word play.

I learned that an evil Nazi overlord will allow his dwarf henchman to betray him multiple times with no consequences, or even reduction in responsibility.
