PAL readme same as NTSC

Having recently synced up Mike's delicious riff I noticed that the PAL readme sync lines were a direct copy of the NTSC version.

The PAL sync lines gradually increase to being five minutes quicker at the very end, so it's easy to find and remove them.

Also to get a perfect sync of the first and last lines you need to change the tempo of the PAL riff by .089% in Audacity (great & free).
