Add features to the RiffTrax player? (ie, BluRay)

Hi all.

I'm in a quandry.  I'm a hi-def nut, and as such I buy most of my new movies on BluRay.  This includes movies that RiffTrax does or will do one day.  Would it be feasible to add BluRay support to the next version of the player?   I know it might be a lot to ask for a free program, but (hint hint) it might be worth something to me.

If there was a transformer that was a hybrid, do you think the other Autobots would make fun of him or be envious?

You guys have BR-ROM drives? or whatever the acronym is.

Currently, I do my bluray watching on a standalone player.  However, if the RTP would support BluRay (and in my case, be either Mac or BootCamp-compatible) I'd gladly buy a BluRay drive for the HTPC.

How much are those things running these days, and moreover can anyone afford a BluRay burner yet?  Saw Best Buy is selling the BR-Rs now, and one of them is about the same price as a stack of 25 DVD-Rs.

Actually after posting that I had a quick look and they have really come down a lot, not to the point where I would got out and pick one up, but almost there.

You can get a 4x speed SATA burner from Lite-On for $349.99 at newegg. They also had a blu-ray reader for $139.99. But to even take advantage of that you have to have a video card and monitor that is compliant with the HDCP scheme.

Hmm, so expensive any way you slice it for awhile.  Still after this week who knows, come on lotto tickets, I got a dollar and a dream damn it!
