So...what's the worst movie line ever?

Ah, yes.  This old thread.  My love child with the internet.  I have two new quotes to contribute to the Hall of Crap, both from Primieval, a killer croc movie that nobody saw.

Quote
(Boat is obviously being fired upon by machine guns)

Some Guy #1: What's happening?
Some Guy #2: They're shooting at us!

Quote(Later on, in the same scene)
SG #2: This is a war zone!  People shoot at each other!

Two highlights of a blissfully awful movie.  I highly recommend Primieval as Grade A get-drunk-and-riff-on-it-with-your-friends material.
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

eight little words, baby:

"Love means never having to say you're sorry!"

How about Bill Pullman's entire Speech at the end of Independance Day?
For the Love!  If anyone could motivate me any less.... it's a Actor portraying a Politician...
please, I wish Randy Quaid would have shot him with is last missle instead of driving it up the Aliens rear-end!

I mean...did they get that one off a refrigerator magnet, or did they just pull it out of their fudgy, fruity little asses?

I have to go with "This is where the fish lives" .....

heh, I just saw this today again. Mine would have to be either
"correction, they are pissed minutemen"
or
"you gonna be da worm face!"
He split Robin's arrow in twain!!

Have you ever seen What's up Doc? It has Barbara Streisand say that line to Ryan O'Neil and he replies, "That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard."

This Island Earth:
"Ruth, you in the first tube, (points to Cal) you the next.  Cal:  What about you?
"I'll take the third tube."
MST3K the Movie... followed by Kevin (TOM at the time): "Oh right, Stupid Question."
gotta be the most pointless line I've ever seen come from my screen, although I did watch GI JANE.   :gouge:

God bless you, Ed Wood. You made me feel like I could make cinema:

"We are all interested in the future, for that is where we will spend the rest of our lives."
"Future events such as this will affect us in the future."
"Inspector clay's dead.  Murdered.  And someone's responsible."
"You see?  You see?  Your stupid minds!!!  STUPID!!!"
"We once laughed at the electric light, airplanes, vitamins..."

I remember I once scoffed at being a flintsones kid, but now we're a million strong1  And growing!

Its hard to beat Halle Berry's X-men line. "Do you know what happens to a toad when its struck by lightning? The same thing that happens to everything else." The mind-bendingly stupid.

Joss Whedon, who was a script doctor on X-Men, says he wrote that line with the intent that it be read humorously.  Instead Berry gave it a reading that became unintentionally humorous.  It is bad, but translated into Buffy-speak it comes off a little better.

So...what movie line do you think is more cringeworthy than any other piece of dialogue ever uttered and committed to celluloid?

For me, it's "Love means never having to say you're sorry," from Love Story (which I haven't seen, thank God).  Not only is it nauseatingly corny, it isn't even TRUE.

No kidding. Love means CONSTANTLY having to say you're sorry.

Also the "Shit!" "....yeeessssss." exchange in the Matrix.

I LOVE that line; Morpheus seems kind of bemused, which is a wholly inappropriate response to the situation. Just awesome.
