I also do not like Pulp Fiction.
But, as BTA will probably tell you, I like Roger Rabbit so apparently that invalidates my opinion.
Now hold on there Imrahil. I don't like Pulp Fiction either. It's not exactly a movie that anybody can enjoy. It also sure as hell is no Princess Bride, which of course I know for a fact is your favorite movie of all time.

Pulp Fiction wasn't faithful to the videogame at all!

Tripe

I know!  GTA: Gimp City was so much cooler than that.

Your whole life and those around you are invalidated by your LOVE of Roger Rabbit.

Ok, that might be over the top.

I'm also not a Pulp Fiction fan.  Some of Tarantino's movies I can watch and enjoy, Kill Bill for example, but Pulp Fiction just had me checking my watch the whole time as the friend who insisted I watch it and marvel at it's genius sat next to me.

I also voted for Duck Soup, but I haven't seen Night at the Opera yet.  Haven't looked for it for awhile, but the video stores where I used to live almost never had any Marx Brothers, it was weird.

Ever seen Horse Feathers? I think that's the best Marx Bros movie.

Pardon this conversation intrusion, but I'm personally quite fond of Monkey Business.

I actually have a fondness for A Day At The Races and Animal Crackers.  But I still think that Duck Soup is the greatest comedy of all time.

Just buy all the Marx Brothers films on DVD.  They are well worth owning, as they are films you will want to enjoy many times over the years.

Duck Soup is a masterpiece. I've heard some people don't like it. I think they're called retarded overgrown monkey children.

The shot where Harpo shoots a record like a skeet in the guy's office is surrealism at its best. I mean... it's not that crazy in retrospect, it's just the fact that they had that slow motion insert shot out of nowhere that made it special to me. My favorite shot in a movie ever. Truly the more surreal moment is when a dog comes out of Harpo's doghouse tattoo. Man, even Snoop never thought of that, and he's been higher than Everest.

I love Horse Feathers, though the setting is a bit strange, it has some classic scenes. Animal Crackers is a childhood memory to me, but the musical numbers are fairly grating. Without them, it has the best overall plot and scenes and jokes of any movie. I think the best one is really Monkey Business, because they didn't bother with musical numbers or a plot. It's just craziness through and through. The ending sucks unfortunately, but to me it's the most fun. It's like kids playing in cardboard boxes and making sheet tents and caves out of sofa cushions kind of fun. It it does have my favorite song ever, the little improvised number they all play in the middle of running through the ship for about fifteen seconds. And Groucho does a great little improv on guitar later.

And ah... that's enough of me liking things.

Alright guys, all polls end at noon tomorrow. If there's any staggler voters, better hurry and get on it.

Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (11)
I guess I should be grateful that nobody nominated Bill and Ted's bogus journey.

Perhaps so.  Considering I liked Bogus Journey better than Excellent Adventure.   ;D

Excellent Adventure was by-the-numbers and very dated. Bogus Journey was pure screenwriting genius.
