I'm torn between knowing this movie will suck and seeing a real live Snake Eyes kick the shit out of people.

Hmm, the outfit seems very stealthy.  Except for two glaring places.  The lesser offense is the red dot on the handgun signaling that the safety isn't on.  I totally understand the safety first mindset, but when you're a trained ninja, and you're so close to having a completely black outfit, wouldn't you take the extra step and scribble a little black sharpie in there for continuity? 

And the second glaring offense is the neon red patch on his shoulder.  I mean, you're soooo close to meshing into the shadows.  Is it some sort of lost and found retrieval system for your sword?  Does he leave it laying around a lot and needs some sort of proof that it's his?  Or maybe he's copied his gun and it means that the safety on his arm is off.  "My arm is locked and loaded, and the safety is off, so you better watch the fuck out.  HIKEEBA!"
