Don't you think they were making fun of the lolcat joke itself?  That's why it was funny.

I don't recall hearing neither Bill or Kevin groan or hit Mike in the jaw afterwards but maybe he was.

Well, Mike said it in a nerdy kind of voice.

From now on, I'm going to believe he's doing just that.

There's only one joke though.

Yeah, I know. But from now on when I hear that joke I'm going to believe Mike is doing it mockingly. No biggie.

The joke I dislike the most is when there's any type of "fade to black" in the movie, and they pretend the movie is over.  It usually happens early in the movie because, well, it's funny because there's no way the movie is actually over yet!!  hahahahahahahaaaaahhhaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Oh MAN!!!!!!!!  THE WIT IS REALLY FLYING NOW!!!!   HHAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!  The movie isn't over yet, you silly guys!  How'd you come up with that one?!  Hilarious!

...ahem....

LMFAO!  Don't get me wrong, it doesn't annoy ME when they do this, and I actually chuckle sometimes.  But I love random hate so this was gold.

This is actually one of the only think I really liked about the Lost riff.  When it would skip to black for the commercial breaks Kevin said something about "Is it 5 years ago,... what's going on."

I still don't get "Oh snap!". Can someone please explain?

AFAIK, it's black American slang from the 70's...a combination "OMG" & "wouldn't wanna be you right now". Often pronounced "Oh thnap!" lolol

Well, we got a new Daddy Day Camp joke in Cloverfield. Is it just me or did they quietly say "Sorry, forum" after delivering it? If so, :highfive:

Oh, and another According to Jim reference, for the lose...

Compound

No, they didn't. There was a "Hello forum" and a "There you go, forum." No apologies.

You're right. Bill gave a very quiet (and somewhat creepy) "Hello, forum" right after the Daddy Day Camp joke. It looks like they noticed the topic :D That's too cool.

Hello, Bill.

;D  That is awesome, I'm just about to watch the Cloverfield riff, I'll have to listen carefully for that.

For me its "penis" jokes. It isn't that they aren't all funny. But sometimes there are too many of them and it really restricts who I can show Rifftrax to. I have an 11-year old and would rather limit the number of penis jokes Rifftrax throws his way. The frustration on my part is that although it might still be PG-13 content in a PG-13 movie, it's different. There are certain PG-13 movies I would take my son to and others I wouldn't because of certain themes. Sometimes the Rifftrax themes might line up ratings-wise, but not necessarily theme-wise.
