Well, I do love being taken into consideration, but I also understand the benifits on Rifftrax's side to Riffing a new release movie.

Still, I miss the 80's cheese flicks.

Yeah I own Red Dawn I don't own Beowulf.

At first I thought they were going to be Riffing the 1999 release with Christopher Lambert.

Now I know what Bill meant when he said in the Top Gun riff: "Has anyone noticed I'm muscular and shirtless?"

...So the tern "RiffTrax nerd" is just kind of implied after calling oneself a RiffTrax fan, right?

I! AM! NOTINTOBEOWULF! Sorry. What are you guys trying to do, support the studios or something? I mean, it's okay to support buying small artistic independant films like Glitter or Crossroads but I would prefer not to encourage more CGI movies with CGI actors made by CGI directors. I'll give you that it has it coming though. Perhaps I will catch up on all the shorts instead.

Cool Beowulf! I've been meaning to see it anyway.

Man, rifftrax sold out. I miss the good ol' days when they riffed obscure movies like Lord of the Rings and Star Wars.  ::)

I actually liked this movie. It had some pretty interesting things to say about the nature of the legend. And I didn't even find the CGI that distracting.

I miss the old days when we were riffing on a then-unknown movie called Star Wars :(

You're in luck, I've heard rumors that there are three more. Anyone confirm/deny?

From now on, Rifftrax should only be for good movies. You should hire Mr. Pop so you'll know which ones those are. :^)

As always, I'm looking forward to this one. Beowulf has been on my list of "wanna-see but can't get around to it" movies for a while now. Now I can justify renting it. If I like it, I'll buy. If I don't, I got a Rifftrax out of the deal. Win/Win!

Phantom of Krankor

Ooh, Beowulf, I can't wait. I thought the movie was pretty good. Nothing special, but still pretty good. The main difference was that I saw it in Imax 3-D which was AMAZING. Anyways, this should be a fun rifftrax.
I am Ambassador Phantom, from the planet Krankor! I am rapidly approaching your planet... in the warship, which you have just seen. I will arrive tomorrow night at precisely eight o'clock. At that time I shall make my wishes known to you. You will obey them... or die! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!
