Yes, I had no idea that's how they wrote the show.  Just shows how genius they are.

Also had no idea Bill Hader was involved, love him

Just ordered the War Horse Blu-Ray / DVD set from Amazon.

So it's a Target exclusive! That would explain why I only found the megaset on Amazon.

Is their $20 price a good one? I'll pick it up on Thursday if that's the case.

Have been waiting for The Diving Bell and the Butterfly to get a U.S. release but decided to just buy the Canadian version.

Starman!

It's actually on sale for $15 this week. I haven't popped in the disc yet but it has a lot of special features and I hear the remaster looks good, so it's worth it.

Good choice, Echo Bridge Home Entertainment owns the movie in the US now and their DVDs/Blu-Rays suck. Like, they're really bad. So the Canadian release is the way to go (I haven't seen this movie at all, so I can't comment on the Blu-Ray, but I have an Alliance Blu-Ray and it's good, even without special features).

Rewatching eps of Season 2 of "Community", the episode where Abed makes a religious film reminded me to get this. Religious comments on the side, I think the cinematography is absolutely gorgeous. And it's one of a handful of films that makes me forget I'm watching a subtitled movie. The real treasure is the slew of extra features, featuring four commentaries. I'm most interested in hearing Gibson with a couple theologians.

Weird, I thought Sony Pictures Classics had released the film theatrically, not Miramax. If I had know that I would have bought the Blu-ray a while ago.

Wow it's been a while since I updated this thread.

I had my computer at a friend's house and while waiting for windows to update I downloaded these from this site and iTunes.

The Gathering

Werewolf

The Sun Makers. I think this is one of the most under rated stories of all time,it's in my top ten.

Wooden model of a rat.

I had never seen this before but it was free and in HD so i downloaded it.  Ed Asner is great as the villain.  You know I like this a lot more then the remake.  I think Jack Lord is just a better star, the locations are used better, and it is not another version of CSI.

Oops I forgot some.

Good buy.  I love that movie but I have not been able to bring myself to watch it in years.  I know that private lives don't change great films but ever since I found out what the director got up to I have not been able to finish the movie with out feeling sick.  The movies is amazingly acting and it is one of the best looking movies ever made.  I have a feeling that when it comes to Blu-Ray it will blow people away.
