Cannot reauthor Missile to the Moon.

Also gonna cross-post to tech support forum.

I am trying to re-author Missile to the Moon into my own DVD, as I usually do.  I started with the Legend Films DVD.  I demultiplexed the video and audio streams with Rejig as always.  Then I converted the original AC3 into WAV and combined it with the Rifftrax in Audacity.  Then I converted it back to AC3 format with FFmpegui as always.

All the individual pieces are fine; the MPEG video demuxed from the original DVD, the two AC3 audio streams.  Fine.  Then I try to re-author in Rejig, and it fails every time.  I get a 300 Mb VIDEO_TS file that doesn't play.  It SHOULD be over 3 Gb.  It just starts, then immediately stops.

Tried doing the original Demux with DVD Decrypter, and even tried the Re-author with IFO Edit.  Nothing produces a viewable IFO file to burn on to DVD.  Anyone else run into this problem?
