Act Your Age problem

Just purchased Visit to Santa, Lunchroom Manners, and Act Your Age tonight.  Got the first two just fine, but now I'm having a problem with Act Your Age.  When I go to get the On Demand file, the .tix file refuses to load on the download page.  Since the download link on the page is simply a refresh button, I'm not sure how to fix this.  Any suggestions welcome.

I had the same problem with "Act Your Age" so I sent an email to the following address:

support@rifftrax.com

What they did for me was acknowledge there was a problem & reset it, then sent me another link to the DivX file.  Good luck.
