I'm about halfway through it, but here's what I think so far:

The jokes are pretty funny. Well done on that!

The delivery needs a bit more feeling. Most lines are delivered like you're speaking quietly because you're recording this while someone sleeps.

And maybe the jokes are a little too thick and fast? I mean that seems like a real nit-pick, but I'm one of those people that likes just a little more breathing time between jokes.

Over-all though, nice work! (I just finished the clip)

And think what everyone else said is valid also.   Maybe speak a bit more forceful and cut out a joke or two to give the other jokes some more breathing room (kind of like prunning branches on a tree).
