I thought that would be the most dramatically satisfying. Or, the second Saul tells Mike, Beneke is a dead man not walking.

But, then, Saul spills everything to Walter.

So, I'm giddy with anticipation to see what happens with that.

Decent first episode. After the high-intensity thrill ride buildup and climax of last season, a bit of an intensity reset was inevitable. But from what I'm hearing in interviews, this final season is gonna be absolutely fucking nuts.

I think the whole leaving of the van with the giant auto wrecking magnet in it needs to be addressed in tonight's episode. I would think the first thing any detective would do is check all wrecking yards in the area to see if they're missing a magnet. I mean, that wrecking yard was huge and it looked as if there might be multiple magnet rigs, but he mentions he needs it, and that leads me to believe that no matter how many rigs there were, one would be missing a magnet.
