I just went out and bought the F-ing Star Trek DVD, my dinner, a six pack, got home, paid for the Star Trek rifftrax, began to download it and, bingo,

"This download link has expired. Your IP ( XX.XXX.XXX.XXX) has been logged.

AAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!!!!!! It turns out this happens when you use your DOWNLOAD ACCELERATOR.

To keep the outburst to a minimum, I just want to strangle, torture, strangle, then again torture who ever decided to keep this on the "Technical Support" forum (just kidding). This is a drop dead showstopper.

I'm going to try to buy the rifftrak again. Hopefully, I can the duplicate applied to another purchase.

Pretty sure I know who the four emails were from this morning...

Yes, the download accelerators will lock you out before you have a chance to download.  We're going to try including a warning in the email you get sent the links in going forward.

Unfortunately, there will be times when we're unable to provide instantaneous responses to your downloading issues, and these may concur with times when many people want to watch RiffTrax.  If you ever have a complete emergency and want to resort to buying the RiffTrax again, just let us know about it and we'll be able to refund one of the duplicate payments once we know about your problems.

Sorry again for the trouble.
