Do you live here now? Soopers has the best food for the prices. Safeway is more expensive, and the selection is much less.

We're in Colorado Springs. There's a Safeway right across the street, so we go there even though elsewhere is cheaper. They stopped carrying the microwave bacon we used to get, but other than that they've got everything we need. *shrug*

I don't go to the Springs that often (however, feel free to have a grand opening of your next riff, I would be happy to make the drive down there to watch )

If Safeway is close to you, go there. King Soopers was always closer to me so I went there

I grew up in Denver and I remember King Soopers because they were the supermarket I would go to with my mom to get comics. Also the one near me had a Q*Bert machine and an arcade nearby, so there was that motivation too. I've never been in one as a Supermarket-Appreciating adult, but comics and arcades make me nostalgic for the place. :^)
