Aw, I loves me a Grand Buffet and an All-American Slam!  Line up!

Aw, yeeeah.  I'm all about the Allam Slam.  Gotta love that egg'n'cheese scramble.

I miss my Meat Lover's Skillet dearly, though.

sarcasm_made_Easy

if you tell them to make a meat lovers scrample, its basically the same thing.  i know because that blessed skillet was all i ever ordered.

If there's one thing Riffaholics are dedicated about, it's restaurants that serve breakfast all day. That, and making fun of movies.

Pak-Man

Ooh! An all-day breakfast diner, where clientele and staff are encouraged to riff on movies! Just to complete the circle, we'll call it the Hamdinger.

mrbasehart

Do you mean an English breakfast...?

'cause I'm not sure my arteries could take too many of those.

I don't care what country you're in, you do not eat mushrooms for breakfast. Fungus should only be served after noon, if at all.

Joe Don Faker

I see the mushrooms are acting as a breakwater to protect the eggs from the beans.  That's good.

"Beans a bit close to the egg ?
I may want to mix them, but I want that to be MY decision.
Use the sausage as a breakwater.  Otherwise a superb full English breakfast."

Cibernético II

hmm I've heard of the English breakfast before. I'd eat it, don't look bad. I'm kind of intrigued by the idea of the national breakfast. There's some variation on the All-American breakfast. What is it? 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausage links, home fries or hash browns, toast. That or something similar.

I've heard of the Canadian breakfast. I'd imagine it involves Canadian bacon.

check this out. the full Scottish breakfast:

I really do like pie.

mrbasehart

Oh, I forgot to add Black (or Blood) Pudding:

Which is: "Black pudding, blood sausage or blood pudding is a sausage made by cooking animal blood with meat, fat or other filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled."

Yummy!  ;)

Why are the egg yolks pink? And what's that burnt-to-a-crisp black thing in the center? Every time I consider visiting the British Isles I remind myself of the food. I understand that it's common to put a fried egg on a burger, though. That's brilliant.

Cibernético II

I'm pretty sure that "burnt-to-a-crisp black thing" is what mrbasehart was talking about just before your post, blood sausage.

why are the egg yolks pink? I don't know, maybe they used blood eggs from the famous Highland Bloodhen

don't ask me, I'm American
