Zardoz!

I never watched this movie. I started to on cable once, and fairly shortly into it a group of americans comes to the base of the "good guys" and one of them drawls in a ridiculous scoittish parody "Tha wun ting wurz den draggunz. Uh mare ih cunz!"

Well, I said "Fuck you, uerotrash!" and snapped the channel to something else. I mean, the blatant american bashing pissed me off, especially from the poeople who didn't grow up (if they'd been born at all) under nazism thanks to americans.

Now this was before Nov. 2004, when I realized that most americans actually were as stupid and dangerous as the rest of the world viewed us. Since then I've let american bashing slide as I realized that america really does deserve it.
Everyone who believes in justice, racial equality and free speech should support Duane "the Dog" Chapman and boycott anyone who takes action against him.

American bashing?

In a movie with several American stars (plus the Welshman Christian Bale), in a movie directed by an American?

... what were you smoking when you DIDN'T watch this? Then again I couldn't understand most of your post, so I guess I'll let that slide.

You mean the ridiculous Scottish parody played by Gerard Butler, who's actually Scottish? If you're gonna bash a movie for any reason, your opinion will carry a lot more weight if you've actually seen it.

You fail to make the distinction between someone blatantly bashing americans, and a character in a movie bashing americans.  I mean, god forbid any character in a movie you watch have differing viewpoints than you.  How dare they.
