I thought that had to do with somebody else owning the right to the international distribution of Brain of Blood.
I would complain to the owner of  the Brain of Blood's International distribution rights.

Same kind of problems MST3k has had.

Sorry PSL... didn't mean to hurt your feelings.   ;-)  Your cover is actually what I'm using right now, but CT said there would be downloadable cover art... and there was even a photo posted from their first live show indicating that there is official cover art for The Oozing Skull.  So why haven't we seen it yet?  I'd originally assumed it was because TOS wasn't available for download yet, but it's available now and there's still no cover art.  If I decide to go the download route in the future (which I probably will due to the cost and the deplorable condition of the first disc), they'd better provide a disc label and cover art to download as well.  Because if they can't do the job right... they won't be getting any more of my money.

Has anyone looked at the download instructions under "Label and Case" on EZTakes?

Instructions: Your DVD label and case images will be downloaded to the EZTakes Download Manager when you purchase and download a movie. The EZTakes Download Manager provides label and case printing capability or you can also use label printing programs from any vendor to print your labels and cases.

NOW the question is whether they'll make it available to the non-downloading customers....

That link was just added today.  I checked before I posted this morning and it wasn't there.

And yes... they'd better make it available to those of use who ordered physical DVDs.  Or else...

I -emailed EZ-Takes about cover art and this is what I got:

Hello,

This is the current case art, Cinematic Titanic did not provide us with
proper graphics. We should be getting proper graphics from them at some
point.
