Warning, Iron Sheik is not known for his tact. Click at your own risk.

Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

He must have ordered a lot of drinks at happy hour before speaking.

yes, Sheiky is quite the charmer. Ever since his 2005 shoot interview with Dan Mirade, he's been making a living talking crazy for the cameras. He's also a drunk and a crack addict, so take that into concideration.

The wrestling scene in Spider-man was great, although not accurate to how the business works.
I really do like pie.

Yeah, I found that disturbing too.  Superhero movies are usually so true to life.
I thought I was Dale.

My dad had this hilarious co-worker who was leading a double life as the Skunk - a  low-level wrestler on cable access.  I was tossing and turning one night, flipped on the tv, and there he was in costume, jumping all over some guy dessed like a green jellybean.  Awesome :)

That may be the most hilarious thing I have read in quite awhile.    The mental image of that is making me smile.    I dare to ask what the Skunk's finishing move was.   :speechless:

Shiek appeared awhile back on Raw and they were hinting that he would end up with his own "Talk show segment" on the show, no doubt the writers had found out how popular his video rants had become on the internet...after that episode aired I can only assume one of the writers said "Why don't we actually watch one of those rants so we know what we'll be in for" and for once good judgment prevailed.  Sheik hasn't been seen on the air since.

Bahaha, he was a really nice guy, and sad to say he was fired.  He wasn't a terrible person, he just really sucked at his spectroscopy job, haha.  I miss hearing stories about him.  He had this really cool costume with this like black and white fluff on his head - he looked more like fat Pepe LePieu than a luchador, but I don't think the point of that cable access wwf was to be scary, just fun :)

Wonder if that's like CM Punk's story.  In one of his shoot interviews he talked about having a job in a lab (can't remember what kind)  He just completely BSed his way into it, claiming he had a degree that he didn't, just so he'd have a job to pay rent and stuff while he was getting his start in wrestling.  He didn't care about the job at all, would come into work and sleep at his desk holding a pencil to a blank piece of paper and leave early every Friday.  He was thrilled the day they fired him, and he could apply for unemployment.   :D

If this skunk guy really is such a nice guy, let's hope he goes onto some of Punk's success.

I wish somebody would have just said Randy Savage. When I first saw the picture I said "Geez, that guy looks just like Randy Savage".
Doesn't everybody in the world know him as Savage? I mean ten years of slim jim commercials, on top of 20 years of wwf wrestling notoriety should be enough to permanently brand the guy as Randy Savage, even though he really is Randy Poffo. I'm not a comic book-movie fan so I would never have known who bonesaw was until seeing the picture.

Zandrax

The Bonesaw character was made up for the movie. In the comics, the wrestler Spidey faces was called Crusher Hogan. Maybe it was just chance, or maybe Raimi thought "Bonesaw McGraw" was a cooler sounding name. Or maybe Savage didn't want to play a character called "Hogan"...
