I really don't wish to derail the thread, but come on, how is your simple statement of hate for something any different from my simple statements of hate for something.

Please, enlighten me, what iconography makes your statement "clearly opinion" and mine not?

And yet Fraggle Rock sucked so much more.  Weird, isn't it?

That's stated as an opinion?

Besides, Fraggle Rock was a great show with a great message.  Guess it still applies to the thread that it was a surprise rewatching that show after so many years and realizing it was a huge allegory for common problems in international relations.  Seriously, that's what Jim Henson made it for, and why there's so much analysis of various cultures via Traveling Matt and why the Fraggles have to deal with strained relations between the Doozers and the Gorgs, none of whom ever seem to understand how they depend on eachother.

... I never saw Fraggle Rock, so I have nothing to add to the bashfest.

I was a little surprised to find out that the lead male Doctor from the British medical drama Bodies, played Dice in the Mariah Carey vehicle of crap, Glitter.  And that's about all I can offer to the topic.

Mine is more a stunning non-realization that had to be shoved in my face  :-[. I love the movie 28 Days Later but never realized the glaring plot hole until I read an online lambasting of it: that if the Infected are too enraged to eat or drink they should have all died after 3-4 days from dehydration. Making the whole movie a really really moot point. My joy is shattered and I can never watch that movie the same way again (which I have already purchased on DVD).  :(
In theory, practice and theory are the same. In practice, they aren't.

Where in the movie was is it proved that they were too enraged to get a drink of water?     I think someone is making up stuff there.   Enjoy the film!

I am amazed that Dice could get another job after Glitter.

Remember it was mentioned by the dad character in the film that they hadn't had any rain for 3 weeks so where did the church Infected get water from? The Thames (yecch) or operating a tap or opening a bottle of water (don't think so)? I love the movie but I wish they had come up with some sort of explanation within the film to account for it or else had it pouring rain to simplify it.

I remember that and I can see the lack of rain being a crisis for someone trapped in the building.    But the people with the rage STILL had a survival sense and would realize that river water, bottled water, etc can still be used and they would know how to use it.   If they can figure out how to use a door knob, they can figure out how to crack open a bottle of pepsi.   I mean, animals in the wild can find water without rain for a few days and don't keel over.

Now, back on topic!

I did not realize that Danny Boyle was filming in India..... and it sounds like a romantic comedy!  (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1010048/).   Most likely, it will be rage-free.

I was watching my copy of "Once Upon a Time in the West" on DVD the other day, and in the bonus features I learned something pretty cool. At the beginning of the film, 3 outlaws (played by Woody Strode, Jack Elam, and the third guy I didn't recognize) stake out a train station and try to ambush Charles Bronson's character. Originally, Sergio Leone tried to talk Clint Eastwood, Lee van Cleef, AND Eli Wallach into playing the 3 outlaws.
