You've made your contempt for America very clear (...that was another joke, by the way!) Seriously though, you don't hate people from other countries who visit Canada. And in all my travels i've never met anyone who hated me because i was an American. I certainly never felt like i had to lie and claim to be a Canadian. Then again, i've really only been to European countries... so there's that i suppose.
