Thought this was Godzilla 2 till they said the title

There were giant monsters all over the place as I watched the preview, and yet I couldn't get excited about it.
I'm not sure if that means it will be bad. There are certainly a few things that will likely draw me to the theater.

I think someone at the studio got confused and put Dragon Wars in the "theater release" pile instead of the "direct-to-DVD bin" pile. It just looks that stupid and random.

But then, so did Godzilla for that matter.

(and any time I knock a Godzilla movie it's the ID4 one)

By the looks of the trailer there is just one scene in the whole film.

Which also does not bode well for this film.....

thats exactly how i felt.  i kept thinking it looks like the revenge of the gungans.

From what I hear, this film is the "Star Wars" of Korea. I have a friend who's teaching kids in Korea right now, and he says they go nuts when he mentions the film. Weeeeeird.

I think the film is Korean made, just with an English cast.

Or a sequel to Eragon. It has about that level of dignity.
