Days of Thunder seems to be the best material to me.
Can riff on all the NASCAR culture and you have Robert Duvall. Can't run out of things to say about him. He's been in roughly a third of all films made since 1965 or so (and great in most of them...what's he doing here?)

  Loads of dumb moments in Minority Report. Dropping the eyeball and having it almost go through the grate made me think of the 3 Stooges when I saw it so I'm thinking Mike and Kevin should riff it together.

MI - 2 was beyond horrible, but I think Legend, Eyes Wide shut, and Jerry McGuire need the rifftrax treatment.  I know a lot of people liked Jerry McGuire, but there is a lot for Mike and Co. to work with on that film.

I'd like to see the Last Samurai riffed to ribbons. He had no business being in a samurai movie. The movie was so chock full of anachronisms, Hollywood delusions, and other period innacuracies. Any soldier fighting in full scale war with no helmet and using a sword as a primary weapon instead of a polearm would be worm food in a minute.

But, as far as the list goes, I have a feeling Eyes Wide Shut could be hillarious.

If you're looking at a modern Hollywood film for historical accuracy, then I worry for your sanity.

Vanilla Sky is big-budget, crazy as a bag of snakes, has some mega-plot holes but is kinda fun despite all those things. I'd say it's a shoo-in for future riffage.
