In Raiders Of The Lost Ark, when the Nazis finally open the damn thing and it melts their faces off!

That part in Alien Resurrection when they're all on the Betty and the guy with the chestburster in him grabs the evil scientist, puts his head up against his chest and the alien pops out through his chest and out the bad guy's forehead.

Blade - When Frost is pumped full of the vampire poison and balloons up like a tick before exploding in a spectacular display of bad CGI.

I always loved the death of the lead Uruk-Hai in Fellowship of the Ring:

After pummeling Strider to a bloody pulp, Strider answers back with a series of powerful blows, chopping his arm off and thrusting his blade deep within the Uruk's chest, but the Uruk grabs hold of the blade and pulls it in further, taunting Strider, only then Strider pulls out the blade and with one mighty sweep slices the Uruk's head clean off!

Pretty bad ass.

But the ultimate villain death scene for me is still the Emperor's death in ROTJ.

Zolo in Romancing the Stone : became nourishment for crocodiles.

LaMad

A little obscure, but in the movie Deep Red - Carlo's death is great - and a bit campy too.

ObscureGamer

How about the Leprechaun in the original Leprechaun movie?  He died of clover-related dyspepsia that was so bad, even Joe Don Baker would have been embarassed.

Mr. 420

Theres at least 15 great villian/zombie death sequences in the original dawn of the dead...but I'm partal to the helicopter zombie-scalping...ohhh and the one motorcycle guy that gets eatin while taking the blood pressure test...classic and classy

This still looks good despite being as old as it is.  Pretty cool.

Oh and Rude, love the new sig.  Reposting the pic in case you change it.

Underworld: Evolution - Marcus getting the point of his own tail (wing?) shoved up into his head and then being pushed into the spinning blades of the fallen helicopter - sliced and diced.  William getting his head ripped apart was kind of cool, too.

Not the most sophisticated effect but I've always liked Jack the Ripper being sent through time without the Time Machine in Time After Time as well.

Problem is, there aren't that many villians that die for certain in movies these days - eyes always on the sequel.

Junkyard

Actually, Underworld Evolution also had the death of Kraven, a minor villain in the previous film. That was enjoyable.

Julian Glover aging to dust in ten seconds in Temple of Doom was pretty impressive as well.
