Chaos

Something that was said in the Bad Movie Cliches thread made me think of this...

What are your favourite Movie Villain Deaths? How did the bad guy get what was coming to him in the end? And this doesn't have to be a good movie, or even a good death - it could also be ones that you love because they are funny or lame, too.

Some of my top picks:

Army of Darkness: Bad Ash gets catapulted into the air, riding a bag of gunpowder with a lit fuse, which blows him up.
Face/Off: Troy gets shot with a harpoon gun (AFTER catching the harpoon before it can fully leave the gun - there's another bad cliche!).
Last Action Hero: Benedict gets shot in the exploding glass eye, which explodes.

And of course, the "classic:"
Return of the Jedi: Faced with the prospect of watching his own son die, Vader finally betrays the Emperor and throws him to his death, thus coming back to the light (because all those bad midiclorians were giving him indigestion).

"Liquid Metal Guy" (I forget his model number,) from Terminator 2. Dropped into molten metal, screaching as he tries to find some form with which to combat this problem.

Hmmm.... that's all I got at the moment.

Die Hard The look on Hans Gruber's face as he falls is great, apparently they got it from the stunt co-ordinator saying they'd drop him after 3...then only counting to 2... ;D

haha, yeah, that was a great drop-to-your-death scene, the look on Gruber's face was priceless. Love the story on how they got it. ;)

Blade - When Frost is pumped full of the vampire poison and balloons up like a tick before exploding in a spectacular display of bad CGI.

Conan the Barbarian - Conan lops off James Earl Jones's head, holds it up in front of his crowd of followers and throws it at them.

Okay, I've never seen Conan, but that sounds so completely insane that I have no choice but to put it on my Netflix Q.

Yes - it's some wild shit - you won't be disappointed.  The biting-off-the-seagull's head while tied to a boulder is classic, as well.

Fantastic Voyage - Donald Pleasance gets eaten by white blood cells, ewww
"Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son"
-Dean Wormer, Animal House R.I.P.

When those evil Ewoks got shot by the Empire's AT-AT's, oh wait Ewoks are good right?

Raven

The mother killing the Gremlins in the kitchen with household appliances.  This is the best scene in a b-movie ever.

BBQ Platypus

Commando - "Let off some steam, Bennett!"
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

When Tyler Durden gets shot in the head by himself who isn't himself at the end of Fight Club.

Tyrant

Jackie-Boy's death scene in Sin City. Not so much the initial death scene itself, but all the crap that happens to his body afterwards.

Actually, there were a lot of awesome death scenes in that movie.
