One of the top 10 signs of rabid fandom has to be buying stuff that you don't even remember existing.  I was digging through my closet looking for a suitcase and I saw a coffeecup sized box.  I opened it and what did appear but:

I don't even vaguely remember being able to purchase things from Timmy.  I'm sure at the time I thought I had to have it and probably swore to myself I'd always treasure it.  Heck, I don't even remember packing it down.  I do remember getting this:

Because I was impressed Paul Chaplin spelled my name right (most people don't, even upon me spelling it for them orally and them seeing it written out).  That's framed with my cast poster.

You might want to remove that account info on the bottom of that check just in case someone tries to impersonate a 'slipper stalker' :speechless:

My guess would be that the Timmy account is closed by now :)

Probably because you never cashed his check and he went crazy trying to reconcile his account...   :D

Do you think anyone ever cashed one of their checks if they were signing them themselves?

A Paul Chaplin autograph for $1.18 is cheap at twice the price...   ;)

If I would have won the $12 grand prize, I would have ran out and cashed it right away.  I mean, come on.  It's $12.  (I think it was $12?  Maybe it was 18.  That would make more sense).

I was expecting a check from Pauley Shore when "Minding The Store" gave that "money back gaurantee" but he sent a dollar bill.  Come to think of it, the dollar bill was probably worth more than Shore's autograph.

You could make a killing off Timmy Bighands on eBay.  Think of it.  Ebayers will buy anything.

I was bieng threated with death by wolf raping before it was cool!.

I've got one of these too. (I see you kept the envelope, too. We're such dorks.) It's signed by all the Brains who were at the Convention in St Louis that summer. (I didn't go, but the check did.)

Wait a minute... It's been 7 years? Holy shit!

I just found all the great maple related goodies from Timmy Big Hands that I downloaded and printed out (sadly, one of the magazines I edit for is maple sugaring related) and it made me happy and sad. Bittersweet sweetness. Great mug. I'm very jealous :)

Man, I miss Timmy Big Hands.  I WISH I'd bought merch when it was available.

(goes off to check ebay)

My favorite bit from the website was the "Do You Rock?" quiz. I wish I had kept a copy of that. Does anyone have it?

/I also have a check. Well, my wife got one but I didn't  :(

I have one of those checks, too!

I'm glad to know I'm not the only nerd who held on to his for this long!
