If you want I can post in his voice from time to time.  In fact, he just told me that you gaybashers don't know anything and that he is soooo cool and you wish you were as cool as him etc.

Yes, but if your gonna talk like the Goog...you have to do it like this:

"you have to unexpectedly and for no reason

hit the enter button to make your post seem longer

and more important than it really is.  and a thouroug

disregard for puncutuion and spelling is a must.

blah, blah, blah, i rock you suck , noob!"

.....remember when they had breastplates, a Greek language, and dignity?

Cosmic Muse

I've just watched 300 minus any Riff Trax at all and this was quite an experience for me.  I don't know if any of you are aware of this (Trust me, even with  my user name people still get my gender wrong.) but I am distinctly female, and not really the demographic for this movie, unless you count Queen Gorgo as appealing to my distinctly feminine origins as an indentifying character to sympathize with. But regardless this movie  just moved mer to tears in a few scenes, especially at the end. Am I in desperate need of therapy here? I guess I just can't help it if I felt somewhat inspired by this movie's fictionalized account of a genuinely historical event. Maybe I was a Spartan in a past life?  ;)
Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

Not really.  The film was set up to drag an emotional reaction out of people.  It does mean that you're a bit more susceptible to cinematic tricks than some people, but that means you just need to watch more movies and learn to understand the techniques that they're using instead of getting therapy.  As a bonus that means you can also watch tear-jerkers and not cry (though it will increase your eye-rolling).

I was too busy asking myself "What the hell is that half-man, half-lobster thing?" to feel much in the way of sadness.
I mean, seriously.  There's that thing decapitating the officers who "failed" Xerxes, and he looks like a really fat Yellow
Bastard from Sin City, with lobster claws for arms.  What the hell?  Is Frank Miller just trying to be weird for the sake
of weird, or what's the story there?  If Xerxes had a race of super lobster men, it was pretty stupid of him to not use them
in battle.
